Access to the house

We ask that you provide cleaning technicians with access to the interior of the house, so the door must be open, or leave a key or code so that the team can enter and carry out the work. If they are unable to gain access and have to leave without cleaning, 50% of the cleaning cost will be charged. Our employees are paid hourly and this rate is necessary to cover operations.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

We respectfully request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance. We created this policy to better meet the demands of all our customers. When cancellations are close to the cleaning day and time, other customers miss the opportunity to clean their homes, and this causes losses to the operation. For this reason, if we do not receive a call or text message in time, there will be a 50% discount on the cleaning cost. Our company also understands that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies happen and that occasionally it may be necessary to cancel the cleaning service.

Preparation

In order for the technical team to focus on the quality of cleaning, the house must have objects, toys or clothes collected and be as organized as possible before the technical cleaning team arrives. Depending on the organization to be made, we have extra fees (see prices)

We know that many people have important, sentimental, fragile or expensive objects. Please notify us in advance so that our team does not touch them and ensures the preservation of these items. Our Cleaning Technicians are trained and very careful, but we know accidents can happen and we want to make sure all items can be replaced. Housekeeping does not include washing or storing dishes, so we ask that dirty dishes be placed in the dishwasher before staff arrive.

Physical Limits

Our cleaning technicians are not permitted to lift objects weighing more than 20 pounds to protect your physical health. Heavy furniture when dragged can damage or damage the floor, so it will not be moved during cleaning, however this should not interfere with the results as most visible areas are accessible to the vacuum cleaner and mops we use. Our cleaning technicians are not permitted to climb more than a two-step stool to minimize the risk of workplace accidents. Higher objects will be cleaned with dusters.

Claims

If you have any issues with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of cleaning and send us photos to support your complaint. Our goal is to maintain the satisfaction of our customers. We will send our team back to clean up missed areas or redo areas not cleaned according to our checklist.

Extra Services

Cleaning the oven, refrigerator, changing bed linen or external areas must be requested in advance so that we can include extra cleaning times and costs.
Our team is not authorized to perform extra services without payment. If you are asked to use just one cloth in the refrigerator, for example, it will be considered extra and will be charged along with the cleaning payment. (see values)

Protect our Cleaning Technicians

Ka&Ju Cleaning LLC makes a significant investment in recruiting, certifying and training only the most specific cleaning technicians. Taking advantage of this opportunity, each cleaning technician has secured a non-compete agreement or prohibition from working directly with our customers. We ask that our customers comply with this same measure. By accepting our services, you agree not to solicit, directly or indirectly, or hire any current or former Ka&Ju Cleaning LLC technician who has performed services in your home, without written consent and compensation of $3,000.

Due to OSHA provisions, our staff will not handle any type of animal or human vomit, vomit, blood, or body vomit.

Due to sanitary and hygiene concerns of cross-contamination, we cannot clean areas or homes with live infestations (larvae, fleas, cockroaches, bed bugs, etc.) until they are mitigated
